 Enterprise & Training Company Ltd (ETC) specialises in the delivery of employment, training and business services. ETC has been operating since 1989 and services suburbs and towns along the East Coast of Australia between Wollongong and the Gold Coast.

ETC is a jobactive provider, a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation and Business Enterprise Centre. Our core business falls into three main categories; ETC Employment Services, ETC Training Services and ETC Business Services.

Key Employment specialise in the area of training and assessment for people with disability. More recently Key Employment were awarded the Job Services Australia (JSA) contract for the Clarence region.
We commenced operation in 1991 and our clients have earned over $40 million in wages and paid over $6 million in taxes! This is money earned, spent locally and these are achievements that strengthen communities.

Our quality training, relevant to industry, business and community needs, is provided by highly skilled and qualified trainers. Our class sizes are small to ensure individual attention and our prices are deliberately reasonable.

We also offer customised training (including traineeships) for individuals and business as well as providing training facilities for hire.

Tursa Employment & Training currently operates in the area from Nambucca Heads to Oxenford (Gold Coast), providing employment and training services from 22 conveniently located offices to assist job seekers and business, the TURSA is open from 8.30am – 5pm, 5 days a week. TURSA is a regional organisation committed to its region and the business community. TURSA’s General Manager, Debbie Fry said TURSA provides assistance to help businesses employ workers and for job seekers to get jobs. “This assistance includes OHS training, wage subsidies, training, appropriate work clothing, and fares assistance and we’re prepared to consider any reasonable request that helps business and workers.”
TURSA is committed to the use of useful training and work experience as principal and practical means of assisting job seekers into employment. Area Manager for TURSA Grafton, Yamba and Maclean offices, Mr. David Wiblen, said at a time when skills were changing and the modern workplace required more skills, traineeships were a great option for both business and workers. Traineeships are a great way to change career direction or to re-enter the workforce.
